1. The Highland Tour
Highland Y1 Project
Our objective is to work with Highland Hospice to develop capacity within care homes to meet Care Commission standards for palliative care. Our contribution to this training will be a 'forum theatre' piece which we will take into Care Home communities by means of a ‘Highland Tour’ where the project team will visit 6 care homes.
Materials generated will be offered to other care homes to support discussions around end of life. See link below for our poster resource.
