An on-line resource designed to act as gateway for NHS Scotland staff to support the enhancement of patient experience. The site supports both rapid access to key documents and also deeper exploration of resources and current literature. It has been designed to enable quick access to resources, support continuous professional development or to use as a resource with patients and carers.
